Ian and Alison have sold Ardara Lodge B&B in Kaikoura and now
have Glenveagh B&B. We have named our B&B, Glenveagh,
which is a castle in Donegal, Ireland where Ian’s ancestors came from.
Our B&B is well designed for guests, with three upstairs bedrooms
and downstairs a separate lounge and
an outside courtyard. Glenveagh is just off the main road (Memorial
Ave.) from the airport to the city. There are four restaurants within
walking distance. The central city is 5 minutes by car, alternatively
there is a bus stop nearby. Off-street parking. Courtesy car available
from bus, train and airport. Alison, ex-librarian, enjoys gardening,
reading, tennis. Ian taught in secondary schools, designed and built
houses, plays golf, tennis and both of us like to travel. Attractions:
Cathedral Square, Art Centre, Art Gallery, Hagley Park, Botanical
Gardens, Gondola, Antarctic Centre, Air Ballooning, Willowbank
Wildlife Reserve. Wireless Internet available. Killybegs Cottage,
Kaikoura available. See our website. No smoking inside house
