June and Murray welcome you to their 1000 acre working
farm with 2500 sheep, 150 cattle and 500 deer. The
homestead has excellent spacious accommodation – three
guest rooms – all with ensuite. In the morning enjoy a
delicious breakfast in the dining room. Catlins Farmstay is
in an ideal location for exploring the Catlins – being situated
midway between Cathedral Caves and the Fossil Forest at
Curio Bay. June has lived on the Catlins coast all her life and
would love to share her in depth knowledge of this unique area
with you. Murray, who has developed the farm, is available to
take you around on a personal tour of the farm. At Curio Bay,
which is just a 10 minute drive away, you can see penguins
and dolphins (November to April).
