We welcome you to our architecturally designed B&B in a
quiet suburb close to airport, beaches, shops and restaurants,
yet only 10 min. drive to city centre. The accommodation has
been purpose built to a high standard – with you, our guest, in
mind. Separate guest lounge and dining, two bedrooms attractively
decorated each have a private bathroom. A cooked and continental
breakfast is provided. Relax in the outdoor spa or enjoy a drink
on the patio. We provide courtesy transfers, garaging, laundry
facilities, internet access and LCD TVs in all bedrooms. We look

From city centre travel north on Colombo St, right onto Edgeware Rd, left onto Hills Rd. On to Akaroa St, then
Briggs Rd, At traffic lights cross Marshlands Rd onto Lake Terrace Rd. Turn left onto Fairway Drive. Lytham Green is 2nd on right.
