in a quiet cul-de-sac yet it is just a
short walk to the city through our
unique poplar-tree lined river walk; a
delight in any season and an absolute gem in autumn. The fireman’s
memorial is nearby. Conveniently located to many amenities and
attractions the city offers. A delicious breakfast is served at a time to
suit. In summer guests may enjoy breakfast alfresco on the spacious
balcony overlooking the Avon River or in the private, sunny courtyard.
In winter, you may decide to have your breakfast, tea or coffee beside
the log fire. Tea and coffee facilities. Parking available. Garage and
