Iris, Anne and Peter welcome you to Stewart Island, Sails Ashore
Boutique Luxury Hosted Accommodation (2nd picture) and
Kowhai Lane Holiday Home (1st picture). Both overlook Halfmoon
Bay and are about four minutes stroll from the waterfront. As well
as delightful sea views both have private gardens for you to enjoy.
Each house has a large sitting or sunroom, where you can enjoy
our extensive library of books, photos and local interest DVD’s.
Telephone and internet is available, as is a guest laundry. For evening
meals you have the option of eating out at one of the excellent local
restaurants. Packaged with both places is a guided walk with us on
Ulva Island, open sanctuary, conservation showpiece and absolute “Must Do”. The price for this is
$190 for 2 guests and will be added to the first night tariff. Or enjoy a scenic road tour with us. At
Sails Ashore our border terrier will be absolutely delighted to take you for a walk. Guests may come
as strangers, we hope they leave as friends.
Sails Ashore Hosted Accommodation is $420 per room per night (2 king, king singles)
Kowhai Lane Holiday Home is $180 per room per night (3 king/king single, 1 queen)
Kowhai Lane Self-contained flat is $160 per night (2 single or extra double).
