Historic early 1890’s cottage built as the Anglican Vicarage in
Wanganui. Relocated to Martinborough in 2001 and
completely restored so as to preserve the original character.
Renovated and appointed to the highest standards of convenience
and warmth. Set in a peaceful discreet sunny location alongside
similar character cottages immediately behind the First Presbyterian
Church in Jellicoe Street, Martinborough.
It’s just a short walk to Martinborough Square with its shops,
bars, cafés and restaurants. Within easy reach of the vineyards and
olive groves. Martinborough is an excellent base for wine tours,
walking (hill and rugged coastline), hill country quad biking, jet
boating, golfing, great meals and just plain relaxing. Tariff includes
breakfast provisions.
Managed by M and Jays Homestays (021 036 1436).
