Welcome to our piece of paradise. Nestled between the Hunua and Coromandel
Ranges, set in an organic subtropical orchard on the Seabird Coast of the Firth
of Thames, just 1hr south of Auckland on
the coast road leading to Thames (40 mins
away). We have a solar-heated, chemical-free
pool perfect for a Watsu (water shiatsu) therapy, as well as massage
and sauna in our new eco-friendly spa facility. For your stay we have 3
unique options: (1)Rammed Earth Apartment that oozes warmth and
comfort (eco luxury at its best) with spacious bathroom (open shower,
bath), kitchen and lounge. (2) Gardener’s Retreat smaller equally cosy
(earth walls, secluded, overlooking garden and banana grove). Shower/
toilet, basic cooking facilities. Both are close to spa facilities, and ideal for
a romantic getaway or solo retreat. (3) Holiday House by the sea (sleeps
up to 10) has everything. Kayaks, bikes available. Seasonal fruit,
veges, eggs for all guests. Wonderful bush walks, beaches, famous
home of migratory birds and spectacular Chenier plain. Breakfast/
dinner available if pre-arranged. French and Spanish spoken.
